My stay was frustrating from the start. The staff was rude about our request to keep my mother close by, despite our earlier confirmation. The room had an awful smell of pot when we returned, and I was too discouraged to even ask for a clean blanket after dealing with the unpleasant staff. The cleanliness of the comforter was also a concern, making us worry about overall hygiene.

Had a great time with my friends here! We visited the Cultural Center and went to a fun local restaurant. The hotel staff were super friendly, and our room was comfortable and clean. Plus, the fridge and microwave were handy for storing leftovers. Definitely recommend this place for a group trip!

great food options and close to parks for weekend walks

my stay was comfortable with a big room and plenty of restaurants around to choose from. You can easily stroll to Valley Regional Park which is not far at all!

The jetted tub in the room was a highlight, offering deep relaxation despite its noisy operation. Staff interactions were friendly, with special touches like small gifts for guests celebrating milestones. However, the large pet fee was unexpected and impacted the mood upon arrival. The floral scent permeating the building was quite off-putting, and breakfast timing also missed the mark, given the early cut-off that seemed unaccommodating after a long night.

I enjoyed my stay at the Crystal Inn in West Valley. The location was perfect, with many restaurants within walking distance. The room was quite spacious and clean, with a loveseat and a small desk. Plenty of hot water in the shower was great. The breakfast had good options, but it ended early at 9 AM, so I had to wake up a bit earlier to make it. While the coffee and yogurt were fresh, I noticed that the hot food wasn't as fresh when I arrived later. I appreciated the refrigerator and microwave in the room for snacks. A downside was some noise from kids running in the hallway, which could get distracting. Overall, met my needs for the trip, but the bed sagged in the middle, making it less comfortable for long stays.

I loved the cozy Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, especially with the extra seating and big desk. The 24-hour pool was such a fun bonus, I even took a late-night dip! Plus, the breakfast spread was good, with both hot options like eggs and sausage and fresh fruit to kickstart the day.
